Stater Bros?!?!? Noooooo! We've been waiting for years for a supermarket, and they give us Stater Bros? I would have taken any other market other than that.

Welp, I'm moving on. Had high hopes to land one of these (#31 on list) but with these prices, there are better deals to be had. Good luck to the remaining prospective buyers.

Next phase pricing "starting at $735,000" a $39K jump from the starting price of the second phase. These prices getting ridiculous.

So prices jumped up ~$20K between phase 1 and phase 2. Can they sustain these kind of increases through the later phases?

I didn't even have to ask. They offered. They were surprised at how "high" it was, as most people they've talked to that day were in the "300-400's". They will skip over all contingent buyers on Saturday.

Just called, all 12 homes from the first release are pending sale. Guess there's demand afterall.
