bumping this thread to get latest info, does anyone here live in Columbus grove (Irvine) and know what the current mello Roos is?

I did but wasn’t sure (I am not familiar with the HOA in Woodbridge as I don’t live there) if there was a typo in there as well as it’s my understanding that the listing agent enters that information manually in the MLS

I know it’s tongue in cheek but you also have residents at single family homes (lower HOA) in Woodbridge, apartment tenants in the area, etc all using the same lake.

Is the HOA fees for this property/neighborhood really $687/month? Is that right or is it a typo? I get that’s it a condo but isn’t that a lot? It’s high rise condo in an urban area levels but you don’t get amenities such as a doorman, etc. https://redf.in/TEoRbo
