its suppose to be senior condo by lennar, convent court or something like that. but i guess lennar is just putting off the project. that building is suppose to be the model for these senior condos.

yah i think google maps is acting up or something .... i was checking the streets over at Columbus Square and they are all off/wrong too.

yah I got a shave ice machine at target for like $20 a couple years back. It was pretty easy like you said but the shave ice itself was still not as fine as those at the resturant. I guess you can't ask too much for $20.

A friend of mine recently bought a condo in OC in April. She was mainly looking at condos under $150K. But before that she spent a month or two submitting offerings left and right hoping to get a place but each place she bid for had multiple offers coming in also, so of course she got rejected...
