there are talks about piedmont extn 2 as there is only 5 phases yet to be sold in the current extn, is that true if so where will extn be located anybody aware

why is the sudden hike in price from phase 12 to phase 13 for just the plan 1... phase 12 was 1 million 11, now its 1 million 30... more than 20K (not the standard 4k hike)

They have released the final phase for Piedmont on this side of the school, currently there are two plan 1s unit#37- 1,011,496 and unit #23, 1,007,000 unit #37 comes with certain upgrades.. I don't have the price sheet for the last phase on this side(after this they are moving to extn).However...
