    Routers

Was at Costco last night and noticed they now carry the Nighthawk router. It is not the AC1900, but I would have chosen this one for the lifetime warranty if I didn't already own one. http://www.costco.com/Netgear-Nighthawk-AC1750-Wireless-Dual-Band-Gigabit-Router.product.100135269.html they...

I contacted Cox about a week ago and was told that Orange County is scheduled to double between 10/24 and 10/28 I also found this list online: Here is the latest speed increase schedule. Of course, it is subject to change. Omaha 7/10/2014; Sun Valley 7/10/2014 Kansas/Arkansas 7/1712014...

Baker Ranch in Lake Forest / Foothill Ranch

If you go to the website, they are there.  I'm assuming each price is for the smallest floorplan.  $350+ per sq. ft? No thanks Jeff

Anyone use 5/1 or 7/1 ARMs

Going through a Penfed refinance right now on the 5/5. Locked it in at 2.675% at zero points.  Could have bought down to 2.50%for .375 points but passed.  Was that a good move? It took them a couple days to contact me initially but ever since then it has been going pretty smoothly.  Now just...

    Doggy Door

If the flap isn't right in the middle then you can definitely feel a some cool air sneaking in It is magnetic at the bottom, so it usually ends up back in the middle but I did once feel cool air coming in and had to manually move it in the middle. Other than that, everything seems fine and...

Anyone use 5/1 or 7/1 ARMs

I haven't but have been tempted by the Penfed 5/5.  Would like to see if anyone went that route in addition to either the 5/1 or the 7/1

    Doggy Door

Door is installed and we are very happy it.  Installation is simple, just put it in the door frame (top area is spring loaded to fit a certain range) then drill it into the frame.  Comes with a new lock since you can no longer use the old one. The dog is definitely enjoying his new freedom to...

    Doggy Door

It's a male black lab.  I used 100 lbs, cause thats what my sisters black lab is. I won't be surprised if he ends up closer to 75-80 pounds. Either way, he is much smaller than my wife's previous 170 pound Bull Mastiff.  Would be hard to get a dog that size again.  Too short of a lifespan!

    Boomers Tips

speaking of water parks.  If you have been to two of them or all 3 how would you compare them? Knott's Soak City Wild Rivers Raging Waters I have only been to Wild Rivers but it appears Raging Waters is a step above in the number of rides and they some just look more thrilling.  Soak City...

    TV

Some of the comments have asked that.  Plus, others have complained why they didn't even show them trying to do a google image search.  I wonder if the real person has to consent to them or something. But yeah, I'm surprised it wasn't covered or at least addressed.

NBA 2012-13, discuss, fantasy, Lakers, etc.

From what I remember when it first happened.  This relieves the Lakers from half of the Mike Brown contract, but they still owe the other half.  But I could be wrong. edit: looks like I am wrong from google, but I do remember Brussard saying that on ESPN right when it happened. Clippers losing...
