Every single investor who purchased SpaceX, including those on the offer…have lost moneyView attachment 11020

SpaceX dominates because they outcompete due to the capabilities and products they've built. Favoritism has been on the old incumbents like Boeing/ULA who haven't been able to deliver. They're worth $300B if we adhere to just a thin veneer of feasibility and reasonable valuation. They're a monopoly due to favoritism, which is fickle. Peter Beck has all the passion and none of the distractions or the baggage that Elon does.
Yeah you wouldn't be able to have sold near the frothy top where things are currently. But depending on when you would have joined, the options you would have been granted would have been at an extremely low valuation (relatively)Man it's a good thing I didn't take that job they offered me way back when, cause now I don't have to sit and watch the options I would have been granted fall in value during lock-up by 45 million dollars to date from its all time high.
I won't say too much. It's not winning if you're not competing. ULA hasn't been in favor in many years.SpaceX dominates because they outcompete due to the capabilities and products they've built. Favoritism has been on the old incumbents like Boeing/ULA who haven't been able to deliver.
What Peter Beck and Rocket Lab have done is also great - hope they keep it going!
I'm aware. Somewhere near the far left end of the flat line is where I would have been.Yeah you wouldn't be able to have sold near the frothy top where things are currently. But depending on when you would have joined, the options you would have been granted would have been at an extremely low valuation (relatively)
Wonderful, I’ve been riding some 80 strike puts for Dec 2028 expiration since share price was 145, along with a 125p 7/31 lotto contract. The chart has been straight freefalling. View attachment 11024
Ouch….SpaceX will probably follow the path of Facebook..super overhyped, super oversubscribed…super flop…initially….I avoided the IPO and waited…stock struggled to find its feet for 2 years….I finally bought my first positions in 2014 and again around 2019 with covid. It takes awhile for markets to digest these large offerings. Like Aramco…I wouldn’t be in any rush to own it.
I picked up 3 MU shares in my Roth today.Picking up more MU in small bites.

SNDK will most likely beat earnings, but I don't see them blowing the doors off. Expectations are high. Expected EPS for Q425 $0.03 and they came in at $0.29. Expected EPS for next earnings is $34.51. That's more than 100x from a year ago. Even with the increase in SD card prices, are they really going to blow the doors off earnings?I can't see how SNDK isn't going to completely blow the doors off earnings coming up next week. SD card prices are up, what, 4x or more from 1 year ago? Maybe it's all contracted and distributors are raking in the profits...I don't know how the supply chain works. But at the retail level, it's completely bonkers. One particular card I've bought multiple times for my security cameras cost me $23 each last year, and is now selling for close to $150. Sad for me, I got in too late and my SNDK is a big red blotch on my portfolio. But I'm holding out at least till the next earnings report.
