Unfortunately I've been burned by Michael Mei as well, can not recommend him at all

Also had a bad experience with him.

What a brutal summer.
Seller thought Summer would be a good time, but....nope.
should have started @ $2.6 million in May.

Summers are typically the worst time to sell in my opinion, I've had the most success listing homes in Jan-Mar.

Also had a bad experience with him.

You aren't alone, I've had a few of his former clients contact me. He also had very shady tactics when I submitted offers on a few of his listings over the years as a buyer's agent.

Considering people here have concerns of Michael Mei, he somehow has a decent amount of great reviews on Zillow: https://www.zillow.com/profile/Michael-Mei

Home not selling? Better raise the price! This guy is a clown

Isn’t the view at Sierra just the mountains to the north by 241?

Mountains, yes, but to the south and southeast and some to the east.

106 Bright Star

I'm surprised the homeowner hasn't fired Michael Mei yet.

Seller seems to be the problem. Raising price again.
