So on a 4-hour road trip... none of your family needs a break?

You and morekaos deserve each other.

Or both of you are just lying for your agenda.

Even when I had an ICE, we used to stop at Barstow and/or Baker. My parents did that when I was younger... I did that in my single life days to Vegas and now in my EV charging days.

Sorry to break it to both of you... but stopping to charge is not a big deal like you want it to be... far from "horrific".

Ferrari's version of an EV:

Supposed to have over 1k HP and instead of fake engine sounds, their platform amplifies the true electric motor sounds. Interesting.
Well, every great company is allowed an occasional mistake…the markets are incredibly efficient at sniffing them out. The consensus is that the losses from this mistake will not rise to the magnitude of Ford, Stelantis or GM…RACE is an agile enough company to course correct easily so the are cutting them some slack for now…😂😂😂👎🏽🦄🌈

‘The market has spoken’: Ferrari shares fall after carmaker unveils first fully electric vehicle

· Shares of Ferrari fell sharply on Tuesday after the company unveiled its new Luce model, its first fully electric car.

· CEO Benedetto Vigna told CNBC that the new car, which translates as “light,” would be welcomed by both existing customers and new clientele.

· The launch comes even as other luxury car manufacturers have scaled back on plans to introduce their own EVs due to weak demand.

“Ultimately many fans are disappointed that Ferrari is embracing the EV concept, believing it dilutes the supercar brand, which has modelled itself around classic design and raw, combustion-engine power,” Michael Field, chief equity strategist at Morningstar, told CNBC by email.

Fascinating market reaction but makes sense as there is no way they can deliver those with the same profit levels or exclusivity as their ICE machines

Hehe... same thing happened with the Mach-E but the EV version of the Mustang actually outsold the gas version.

Not saying the same thing with the Ferrari Luce.. most of the backlash is styling because it's not designed as a supercar but more of a sedan but we will see. The tech is what I'm looking at, to see what Ferrari can do without the limitations of ICE.

it will fail miserably, as I’ve said all companies need to stick to their knitting and sell things that people want. They’re going to allow Ferrari this little side trip but when it fails, they’ll get back to what they do best, it’s just a shame they didn’t learn from everyone else’s mistakes🤦🏽‍♂️🤷🏽‍♂️😆😆😆🦄🌈

Don't be mad because people actually want EVs despite the lack of Fed credits.

How did Tesla sell all their cars when their Fed credits expired the first time?

It's okay... if you close your eyes... maybe the EV monster will go away.

Easy - Tesla makes the best pure EV. They have the best sw enggs and material scientists and SCs are ubiquitous. And FSD is crack.

That's what I'm trying to say... Tesla sold many EVs without Fed credits (which morekaos claims is his big knock against EVs) and did it because of better tech and improving infrastructure and adoption.

Superchargers are everywhere... and if not for Tesla, EA wouldn't be building their own DCFCs right next to them.

In the case of Ferrari the tax credits are meaningless…this is just a dumb management decision that will lose shareholders money vs taxpayer money. Ill
Let her bottom out a bit then add to positions bc they will recover from this little misadventure faster than F, GM, or stellantis will🤷🏽‍♂️😆😆😆👍🏽🇺🇸
