Being at the T-junction makes it much harder to sell, especially to Chinese buyers. Feng Shui aside, it's unsafe.

Mr./Mrs. Test trying hard to instill more fear into the veins of the prospective Irvine homebuyer. These homes are mostly sold in Nov/Dec. Shea is now constructing on the empty lots at Brightstar. Cielo should be 100% buildout by the middle of next year. Before then, mortgage rates is expected to fall into the low to mid 5%.
