I’m sure at that price point people can easily pay for better soundproofing of windows, etc if not already.

No amount of soundproofing can block out the sound. Put on a pair of ear muffs and you can still hear the people around you talking. Plus why should I have to live with my windows closed all the time.

Delusional. No one is paying $5M+ for PS view lots anymore, let alone almost $6M.
I think someone did. There is no sale history on the listing, but property taxes are based on net taxable value of $4,996,756. Maybe they overpaid the builder for the house and upgrades. The government is thankful for the $56K in property taxes for the year. lol!

What are you talking about, they've already dropped prices $1M+ across the board.
We went recently, and they don't offer incentives. They said they are willing to negotiate on pricing so I am curious what kind of movement they have made recently. They have a view lot, home size 3,220 sq ft. with lot size of 6,097 at $4,549,990. I am just seeing if anyone had recent experience with their sales team.

That's still WAY overpriced.

I totally agree. That’s why I’m curious why kind of movement they are willing to make. Are we talking $100k or $500k given the current slow down.

I’m also torn between Azul plan 3 vs. a view lot in Olivewood.

Azul and Cielo both also have a bunch of unsold view lots. Make their sales teams compete with each other.
