Delusional. No one is paying $5M+ for PS view lots anymore, let alone almost $6M.

LoL. The owner probably had enough of the pickleball sound from the park below.
Cellphone listing photos strike again.
$1,860/sqft is beyond delusional for that house.
Nothing a recession or tax on Chinese investors can't fix. Both will happen if prices don't come down across the state soon.Even $1k is delusional.
Irvine is stupid... people should have bought earlier.![]()
Who knows. Someone bought this house for 4.75M, https://www.zillow.com/homedetails/101-Somera-Irvine-CA-92602/443287863_zpid/$1,860/sqft is beyond delusional for that house.

That's some strong shiat they're sniffing to list at that price.
I didn't realize how loud pickleball is, was in the area and I could hear it from a mile away, literally. Must be super annoying to be right next to the park and hear it all day and all night.
I’m sure at that price point people can easily pay for better soundproofing of windows, etc if not already. So I was in the area again and passed by the pickleball courts.
In addition to the paddle sounds, the players are yelling and screaming, at the top of their lungs, as they play.
Must be fun to wake up to that in the morning and go to sleep to that at night, every single day, day after day, week after week, month after month, year after year, for the rest of your life.
AFAIK, the courts close way before bedtime. Might be opened early in the morning, though. IIRC, when the park first opened, the courts were only open to 7pm. There was a petition to extend the time. Don't know how that went.
