Location and total cost vs per SF cost are factors.
It is a pretty convenient location IMO.Will these sell? I think these are way overpriced but it's Irvine and based on occupancy of those Spectrum apartment complexes (and continual expansion), 1%ers will buy them.
Indeed, proximity to Spectrum, Hoag & Kaiser campuses, 405, Laguna Beach, Whole Foods, Quail Hill Shopping CenterIt is a pretty convenient location IMO.
There are detached condos selling for $1000 per sq foot in Laguna Altura. Yup older and not same location but $200-$400 less per square foot seems to be either a great discount for Laguna Altura or Los Olivos is over priced....... jmho.$1200-$1300/sq ft for detached condos is nuts though. I mean, it would still be acceptable if they were single family residences, given the location.
