Good price for solar should be about $3.25-$3.50 per watt.  So 5kwh system should cost around $16250-$17500 pre tax deduction.  Use that number as a reference on whether or not it's a good deal.

Does that price include installation?

Never heard of those guys...looks like they are based in SD, so I would check to make sure they are familiar with SCE paperwork (vs. SDGE).  Reviews look good...I would give em a shot if they cover OC.

When I used to get the paper, I always saw their ads so I assume they are familiar with SCE.

They push that "veteran owned" angle, so yaliu may not want to use them.
