If you are looking for hot or cold coffee etc in that same plaza, Pho Factory (surprisingly) has drinks (and pretty good Viet food as well).

I am both super intrigued and fearful to try it. Intrigued because the menu looks fantastic (and 4.5 stars rating on Yelp). Fearful because I would probably love it and gain like 30 lbs.

Grill Masters in the Cypress Village Center is now called Cumin. Not sure if there was an ownership and/or menu change.
