What's wrong with the neighbor on the left of this house?  No landscaping done, wild weed taken over the backyard, absentee homeowner?

I guess landscaping doesn't matter. Remember the house with no landscaping. It sold with no landscaping. (Just dirt, pots, and a table in the backyard)

Just parking money there. Why bother with landscaping when the fines are so cheap and they don't live there anyway.

If they bought up till recently they are making money just by parking their cash in dollars. Course that's kinda unwinding now so we'll see if the cash parkers decide to pack it in or stay.
