Congratz !! I followed this thread and your other posts too !! I wish I followed TI and found you before I bought the house !!

Title confirmation of recording earlier this afternoon on this listing and MLS listing has been updated to SOLD.  The closing price was $498,000.  Most interesting part was that a non-FCB cash buyer bought the condo, I guess they do exist.  haha  Congrats to both the buyer and seller.
