First they will include structural options... next it will be design credits... do you think we will actually see price cuts? They still have quite a few homes to go...

I'm surprised they lasted all the way through December with no price cuts.  I heard they are stopping all phase releases until next year, probably for the spring selling season.  Phase 12 is the last homes available in Magnolia 1, minus the models and build out.  Magnolia 2 infrastructure is still under construction, could be another reason they're stopping until next year.
 
Just home builder games. No place is immune... I heard on the radio that home sales are slowing due to higher mortgage rates. I need rates to go down!

University High is the school for CV dwellers?

It shows $939,477 for me. Uni High is an estimate based on location (Redfin can't find Purple Jasmine so it plots onto Purple Sage in Turtle Rock). CV should go to Irvine High, I think.
