New signage up in BR showing next neighborhood to launch : The Peake by Shea.

Btw new signs and logos throughout the community. Definitely a higher end look vs previous branding. I like.

We?re unveiling some BIG plans at Baker Ranch, and you?re invited! From tasting amazing food to touring gorgeous model homes, this is going to be an event you won?t want to miss. We?ve also invited a special guest, and you?ll want to get a front row seat!

Richard Blais, winner of Top Chef All-Stars, will put on a cooking demo right at The Grove Clubhouse at Baker Ranch. After you?ve learned about the art of cooking, head over to our model homes to take a full tour of these gorgeous residences built by two of America?s best builders.

Once you?ve walked through the community, you?ll earn a poolside massage by the one-and-only Spa Gregorie's! We?ll have live music in 2 locations, snacks and treats throughout the day.

Baker Ranch is a new way to experience resort-style living in Orange County, and we can?t wait to show you around this thriving new community in Lake Forest. Be sure to JOIN this event for the day's schedule & updates as we get closer, and INVITE your friends!

Phase 1 consisted of 5 homes on Lots 93-96 and 99 on my lot map on the Baker Ranch thread. All are sold out. Hate to see the premium for the lots with views.

Plan 1) $649,900
Plans 2 and 3) $664,900
Not surprised, I'm seeing and hearing that the market is picking up a bit the past month or so.

Shea homes skip Phase 2, released Phase 3 in April 2015, and released Phase 4 in May 2015. Next released will be Saturday, July 18th, 2015...

anyone interested in the phase 4 release in July? heard that there will be price increase of around 5K for each phase. and there is already a long line for their priority list. Guess really hard to get one :( how about Camden square? any one aware of it? it is not selling well though.

I have a feeling these are the homes that I really liked the layouts and overall feel for the square footage.

Looks like 2 people changed their minds... There's 4 available lots now 50, 51, 52, and 53...

Are all those white tooth shaped things parking spaces?  Nothing says "You've made it" more than looking out the front window of your new $700k home and seeing parking spaces.  Might as well stay in your apartment.
