We?re unveiling some BIG plans at Baker Ranch, and you?re invited! From tasting amazing food to touring gorgeous model homes, this is going to be an event you won?t want to miss. We?ve also invited a special guest, and you?ll want to get a front row seat!
Richard Blais, winner of Top Chef All-Stars, will put on a cooking demo right at The Grove Clubhouse at Baker Ranch. Chef Blais will show you one of his many creative and delicious recipes from his impressive repertoire, and you?ll want to be sure to see this successful chef, restaurateur, cookbook author and television personality in action! After you?ve learned about the art of cooking, head over to our model homes to take a full tour of these gorgeous residences built by two of America?s best builders.
Once you?ve walked through the community, you?ll earn a poolside massage by the one-and-only Spa Gregorie's! We?ll have live music in 2 locations, snacks and treats throughout the day.
Baker Ranch is a new way to experience resort-style living in Orange County, and we can?t wait to show you around this thriving new community in Lake Forest. Be sure to JOIN this event for the day's schedule & updates as we get closer, and INVITE your friends!

11:00 AM ? 4:00 PM: Grand Unveiling of the future parks at Baker Ranch, complimentary Spa Gregorie?s poolside massage, beauty break with L?Occitane En Provence, appetizers and refreshments, sounds from a harpist and guitarist group
1:00 PM: Cooking demonstration with Richard Blais (from Bravo TV?s ?Top Chef?)
1:45 PM: Richard Blais book signing
2:30 PM: Cooking demonstration with Richard Blais (from Bravo TV?s ?Top Chef?)
3:15 PM: Richard Blais book signing
The Arbors Club
11:00 AM ? 4:00 PM: Pilates demonstration with Trim Fitness Studio, kids craft table, balloon artist, face painting/metallic temporary jewelry tattoo, healthy mini dessert bites and fresh juice/infused water, sounds from Pan-A-Cea (steel drum band)
2:00 & 3:00 PM: Synchronized swimming demonstrations

anyone interested in the phase 4 release in July? heard that there will be price increase of around 5K for each phase. and there is already a long line for their priority list. Guess really hard to get one
