Alta Vista and Bella Vista at Orchard Hills

Wow!!!  $800K+ and $1M+ lot premiums at Bella and Alta Vista respectively.  With that Bella Vista has also hit the $3M mark.  Go get yours before its gone.

Somehow ended up on the spam list for Bella Vista.  Looks like they've sold about half of the homes since opening last year.  Pretty impressive given the prices.  And one of the corner view lots is ~ $3.2M

And Bella Vista are the low end Vista homes. Check out how much the single story Alta Vista model costs (they were $4.5M a few releases ago).

One of the models at Alta Vista has been reserved (according to their interactive site plan online). Does anyone have any information regarding the model prices? Knowing TB, they'll be high high high. Sales seem to be doing pretty well; they're nearing build-out a little more than a year after their soft-opening. Not too bad for houses selling in the high-$2millions to mid-$4millions without upgrades or landscaping.

Bella Vista still has a little ways to go to reach build-out, but have been selling at a similar pace to Alta Vista. They just have more houses to build.

I heard the Savona model sold for around 5.75

Anyone know how this build out pace , and the model home pricing of 5.75 (if legit) compare to hidden canyon . That is the only other recent built-out  comp at this price range I think

I am guessing that Altair's Estrella has slowed Bella Vista sales some.  Altair location is ideal for people that work at the offices near Spectrum.

Oceano model got reserved this weekend.  Does anyone know the price? Who is paying close to $6 million for these models instead of at Shady or Newport?
One last phase left.

Some family who bought it as an ?investment?. Crazy huh?

There's one (sometimes two) quick delivery homes available in Alta Vista, the Castello type.  Bella Vista still has some homes available including their model homes, going for over $4.26 mil I think
