I dont believe so. They sounded like they were an organization specific to the Irvine Police Dept., from what I recall...



I mean think about the impropriety of those phone calls! If I weren't so busy I would have filed a complaint or harassment suit.

Who said that commercial would be okay? Who said that TIC won't have any problems? Who said TIC has zero debt?
