Thanks for the info Maserson  :) Good to know! Lennar usually offers some sort of incentives towards upgrades and/or closing cost for presale homes like they did with Somerset. I will find out about Eclipse/Celestial and share with everyone.

Do you know what lots are still available for Eclipse n Celestial? Besides the broker's commission, does anyone know if Lennar offers any other incentives to homebuyers? I know  Lennar offered additional incentives (upgrade and closing cost) for Somerset at grand opening!

Stopped the Padova sales office to pick up the brochure.  Plans look nice and price is within our budget but still have concerns.  How do you feel about 133 toll road backing up to the Pardova homes?  Would that be a major deterrent for most buyers now and later for resale value?

I still think TUSD will affect the resale value of homes in OH. People including myself have the perception that IUSD is better than TUSD n in my opinion it is. If u ask neighbors in OH inside the groves, prices of homes from builder n resale didn't appreciate much since opening ( Messina...
