I'm kinda anti bbq with aluminum foil, even if it touches just a little bit.
i cringe whenever i see someone lining their rack with aluminum foil on a outdoor grill.
do you really need to wrap the bricks in foil? I guess to protect the bricks from getting all gunky?
Also, I know yakitori is about charcoal grilling, but could you do this on a gas grill and get decent results?
Has anyone ever tried any of these places in tustin near the 5 freeway?

Have always drove past but never checked it out.
I'm a fan of Saw Leaf Cafe but understand its pretty americanized. Their pick2 combo I think is genius because normally half way through a big bowl of pho I wish I got something else instead. Problem solved.
Their Bahn Mi is a bit too stick and sweet for my liking.
Signs for Chai Lan Chinese Cuisine and Spice Palace are up in Norhpark Square plaza.
When American tenants like Round Table Pizza move out - the Asians move in. Not to dissimilar to what's happening with Irvine resale real estate.

I haven't seen the interior photos, but 600k for a 3 bed in woodbury sounds like a pretty good deal. I wonder if this would be a good rental property...anyone have any idea what this might rent for?
