What do they think this is, Laguna Portola?  I mean the landscaping and turf is pretty amazing but still.

In photo #10 they used a cheap folding card table/chairs. I would let that go on an entry priced home, but on a million dollar listing, no, no, no!!

Price slashed $100k for quick sale!

still way overpriced!

Let's not start a bidding war. At this bargain pricing, there will be hundred people wanting in.

Do you think TI forum was a factor that played in lowering the price?

If the owners / realtor is a frequent visitor of TI. The WTF price would never start to begin with for their listing.

141's owner won the house in a sweepstakes. They're selling after the required hold period. I'm guessing part of the sale would be to pay off property taxes (and other taxes).

Went pending

Wow at $500 / sq ft.  Looks like this guy won the lotto twice.

We'll see what he gets but like I said, the house was the better deal than the cash (except his credit rating is gonna take a hit for a while) and he had a nice place to live for a couple years (not to mention cap gains if any on will be tax free).

Note sure if this qualifies for WTF or not , but among the various pictures of the listing , is buried this little gem of a memo comparing this home to the orchard hills new construction ....

Important reason to "invest" in 2 Iris?  haha  Mike is really trying hard to justify that stupid asking price....about $1m too high by my estimate.  Good luck selling the home anywhere near that listing price.

Seems like Dunn always prices his listings WTF. So according to him, does that mean OH residents devalue their property because they're not long term thinkers?  ;)

Noticed they also had a retro Ford Bronco in the garage. Some of the vintage Broncos are actually worth some bucks!

With THAT ugly furniture and outdated features for > $3 million - no thanks. There are some seriously nice homes in Irvine for the over $3 million price range - this is definitely NOT one of them
