I totally missed this.  Thanks for the poll, even though I feel I am about right at where I need to be.  However, I still feel somewhat behind a little bit.  A little conflicted.
 
I'm at a big crossroads in my career and will have to make a decision which road I will take sometime next year.  I resigned myself to the fact that my banking days have come and gone.

CPA + RE Agent = Super Broker. Don't give it up T-man! You are good at what you do.  :D

Have you thought of in addition to your realty business to also become an RE investment specialist? With your extensive knowledge in taxes related to real estate investing, that's what i would do if i were in your shoes.

You should check outhttp://www.biggerpockets.com/forums.It is a major hub for serious real estate investors and i am just a little rookie compared to these guys. I am sure that these guys will welcome you with open arms. Go in there and network.
