Man, so for years, LA has no football team and now it has 3 (could have had 4 with the Raiders).

I wonder if Vince will be more successful this time around, the AAF didn't even make it through one season.

I liked the original incarnation of the XFL years ago.  They were not afraid to innovate and I thought that was something football needed.  Unfortunately, most football fans disagreed and they never got the numbers needed to remain a viable league.  Hopefully with those lessons learned it is taken more seriously this time.  Competition breeds improvement, which the NFL could use a little bit of.

For now though.... LA is the reigning XFL champion!!!!

They should make it flag football.

This would eliminate some of the concussion concerns... but also the fans.

That would be like going to starting an MMA promotion but you can't punch or kick above the neck.
