WTF price on a Quail Hill Home...

105 Lattice sold in just a few days at 1.11 million.  111 Lattice just went pending at 1.09 million.  This property is about 150 sqft larger so the agent thinks she can squeeze more for the buyer.

Don't blame them, there are almost no listings so why not try to find a desperate buyer.

105 Lattice and 111 Lattice are both view lots.

I notice how 105 Lattice sold for almost $100k more than it sold for in 2004, if 111 Lattice closes near list, that will also be $100k more... what happened to 40% drops and back to 1999 prices across the board for Irvine?

You might want to ask that on OCreader since that's where some of the real estate bears are.
