Do you have to disclose the death if you rent it out?

Yeah you do. I told them it was an old lady who died peacefully of natural causes and the couple was like "Oh that's nothing"  8)

I worked at a few apartment communities where we had deaths in an apartment.  I hated going inside any of them and they were always difficult to rent out again.  Wouldn't live in one myself.

I've also delivered boxes to a house that 2 people died in.  First I think it was the grandfather, then the kid took his life, within a few months.  Pictures everywhere inside it was very depressing. =(
