Worst Traffic Lights in Irvine

I don't know if this has come up before...so what are your candidates for the intersections in Irvine with the worst traffic lights?

For me, Harvard & Warner is at the top.  It seems like it takes forever to cross Harvard.
 
Jamboree and Barranca, southbound in the AM (min. two light cycles) and northbound in the PM

The left turn lane onto northbound Culver from Ranch 99's parking lot (makes me want to move to south Irvine)

Walnut and Culver (special hello to the lady who DROPS OFF at the bus stop in the middle of rush hour, you're the best!)
