We ran into this place:

7 Costa Brava (MLS# P568869)

Spoke with the owner who bought it a year and a half ago. They had an open house. It is completely upgraded. Reminded me of Melrose Place..at least the entrance..had the Italian villa thing going..secluded entrance..nice..but oh the pricey mello roos.

Any suggestions/comments about it?

The exterior shot (with the split garage) suggest a Cortile plan #4.

But that shot of the open kitchen and the square footage number do not match with that plan.

Did they have a downstairs bedroom and bath?

no, all 3 br's were upstairs. the 1st floor had a half ba. and the lr and kitchen. It was really nice.
