are there anyone who remembers the price from the previous phase for villa rosa in woodbury?

This owner bought at the peak, and he thinks he is going to make $100,000. LOL! Woodbury is a disaster in the making. Wait until the toxic loans start resetting.
Disaster in the making? Dusty Rose just closed for $1.13M, or $30K MORE than the Nov 2006 purchase price... I think it's the former Dusty Rose owner that is laughing out loud right about now!
MF, and VR recent closing prices are all over the places. It is kind of shocking to me. The recent two MF closing prices were 270K apart within 15 days of closing. The owner of Dusty Rose did lose some money, as they put a lot of upgrades after purchase ( pool, etc). But still, $1.13 is very high...
Great timing
The seller was lucky/thankful to get out of there in one piece.

Finally a Villa Rosa Plan on the market. $400 per square foot for this bad boy? Holy Smokes ! Would any of you buy this property if prices were down to $300 per square foot? It seems that prices have hardly moved in Woodbury. ????
