The problem with these is they havn't even stated building phase 1 yet. They are pre-sale only. hahaha Good for the builder, bad for the lowballer.

They do have some homes built with people living in them already. They are off of Towngate.

I'm not sure but the phase or phases on Towngate have been there for a while. Maybe you missed them because it's only a small chunk of these places.

Dude... nothing beats the house on fire.

Anyway, 83 Costa Brava was picked up at the foreclosure auction for $262,372.51, yup... a penny over the minimum. LOL, the make me move price the debtor had was $493k, but $262k was enough to really make him move.

Notice the HOA of Woodbury paying off with the worker maintaining the yard...
