Wild Rivers closing?

This may have already been posted here, but I was really disappointed to hear that the Irvine Co. isn't going to renew Wild River's lease this year. They also aren't planning on renewing the lease of the amphitheatre.

I believe that they will be developing that area for homes, which is why they are cancelling the various leases. Also, I think TIC was having some business issues with the owners of Verizon and decided to yank their lease to get rid of the problems.
