We can probably continue renting after our six months is up since they had the house on the market to sell. The house is way over priced! The owners bought at the peak, put money into it, and think they can break even with the RE commission.

LOL! I will be there for a clam bake. Whether that is this year or next, they still won't have sold it. I will bring extra Kool-Aid and a copy of IR's book.
