Whistler at Pavilion Park

We visited Whistler at PP yesterday and noted that they have  Plan 1 and 2's available for immediate and July/August move in.  Any thoughts on why the demand has not been there for Whistler?  There plot sizes are reasonable between 4500-6000 with prices between 925-960.
 
Bones:  How much do you think the outside  look of the house matters?  Meaning Whistler has the colonial types of homes which some of them are blue?  The Plan 1 and 2 are a little different then many of the other properties in PP.

Being nearby toll roads can be an issue but we thought it was ok.
It met our list items so we looked. But upstairs is cramped feel. We don't require 4th bd or loft up so if makes other rooms or hall cramp we rather not have.
Depth of rear yard that is flat is about 15 feet or less and it doesn't include a Cali room.
Then some others mentioned like steep stairs and garage door in kitchen and no powder, rectangle gr etc. it is tough but I think people find sfr feel and 3cg in SW worth price so whistler stuck in between SH and SW in PP but strong value if dont care on above stuff.
