I see the structure. It is an optical illusion. The driveway apron is actually 60' wide and the curb is 4' tall. The weed in the foreground is not weed they are ancient giant bird of paradise. The palm trees is almost 600' tall with General Sherman Sequoia diameter for the trunk. The chain link fence is actually the fencing for the driving range. The cracks in the foreground are San Andrea Faults. The mailbox pole is a power line pole with a chidren tree house.

"Needs some TLC." Some TLC, huh? I'm sure it just needs some free paint and it will be model quality.

"Great opportunity." Great opportunity for what? To own a property out in BFE that might lose another $50k+? haha

"This one will not last!!" Oh really? Oh damn, I better get my money and pre-approval ready before this jem is off the market.

Why is it the lowest price neighborhoods always littered with bad architecture and ghettos. Could a brand new community with bad architecture would someday face the same fate? Back in 1946 the neighborhood started around the sametime as Stanton, Garden Grove, Anaheim and the architecture are strickingly similar. Look where they all ended up. They were once new occupied by wonderful families who bought them to raise the perfect family and living the American dream. Have you seen this type of architecture that exist today in an expensive sought after neighborhood?
