The picture was from Orange's 1956 May Festival Parade. Now can you tell me anything about the rocket? The 1950s era rocket ship was to them what the weenie mobile is to Oscar Meyer.
Never seen it before. I just recognize my current 'hood.
Doesn't that rocket sound like one of the rides they had at Disneyland? :lol:

I don't know the exact streets but I'm certain those homes are somewhere near Old Town Orange, about six blocks from my house.
