Where do the children play?

A lot of families are moving into Ellwood, of the neighbors I've talked to, I would say 80% have young children - toddler age and younger. 
 
Is BP going to get assigned to Portola High?

Also, if you don't mind me asking what are the demographics like? Young two income families? Multi-generational households? Do your neighbors talk to you or do they all keep to themselves?
 
No one has moved in yet besides my family into Ellwood.  Only 2 homes have closed and my neighbor is an older Chinese gentleman who bought it as an investment property that will be leased out soon.  Mostly Asian (Chinese - Mandarin speaking).  Haven't gotten to know them well enough to ask about their jobs, etc.  Every one that I've seen looking at the progress of their homes and have said "hi" to has responded and has stuck around to talk to my wife and me. 

I haven't seen too many other families in other neighborhoods when we've walked around, but for the most part BP hasn't sold well. 

BP is getting assigned to Portola High.
