I love to have a few acres to grow avocado and fruit trees because I know there is no land in OC. Does anybody have any information about the areas that are nearby to OC that are still reasonably inexpensive?
Where can you buy cheap land near OC?

i think the problem isn't land, its water.
i think you can get reasonably priced ag land around bakersfield, maybe ventura too, that has water rights

You can still find areas that actually already have the groves still intact. Check out Bonsail which is just inland from oceanside.
