Hey my little lot near laguna beach almost describes that. But the expensive house is above me.... I'm going to build 3 stories to get my ocean view. Oh well..

Even though Circuit City and Macy's may go under, I'm not too worried about the area. Coco's always seems to be doing a brisk business Sunday mornings.
