We are potential home buyers comparing websites that provide RE sales data and loan history etc. Any recommendations for a good site that provides the best comprehensive data. Is RealtyTrac the best option out there.

IR, having read your blog posts for the past few months, have become a big fan of the property data provided as part of the analysis, do you mind sharing the website you use to get this info.

Your best source will always be MLS. Redfin isn't a bad alternative.
