the most expensive one is going for 8,500,000 RMB or arnd 1,390,000 USD for like 359 sq meter which is 3864 sq ft... but this ones more like 360 usd / sq ft... bleh... think this ones also tandem (u can see the floorplan in one of the pics)

the cheapest one is like 4,500,000 rmb or 735,000 usd... at 171 sq/m or 1840 sq/ft... and thats like 399 usd/sq ft which is a bit ridiculous...
