When I pull the title, I see only one previous sale:

10/29/2004: $509,000



It looks like Redfin's data for this home is messed up. Perhaps they somehow included the sales of other homes nearby or in the same tract..

All the 2004 sales were from the builder when the lot had one APN for the entire lot. The county still hasn't updated and split up all those transactions with new and different APNs from the old builder APN to each separate unit. It might also help of the agent put in the correct APN of 935-357-02, but I'm not sure if that would help. It's anyone's guess which 2004 transaction that was for this unit.
