What do you think this house is really worth?

By the way, I love that it's built by "Tool" Bros. Appropriate typo. Any idea where this should really be in price? Trying to figure out what's going on in Yorba Linda, some price points are seeing alot of "in escrow" most homes over one million seem to be sitting. Any thoughts?

The kitchen looks overloaded. I don't like the extra island. I don't like the door next to the staircase, looks out of place. The TV outside better be changed to an LCD. Who has such an old TV ona $1.2M house? There aren't many pics of the backyard so we can't assess privacy and space.

This will go for $200/sf at some point. $250 might be about right in today's market. So Anywhere from $850,000 - $1,050,000 IMO.

Yet another high priced house with no recent sold comps. Who knows?

Plus, I must say that that is one UGLY house. Negative curb appeal. Look at the complete mismash of styles in the front, not to mention the dominating garage.

For some unknown reason many of the homes have this "rotunda" looking section or entry area in the house. That's fine if you have the Aaron Spelling house, but I can't understand the utter waste of space. Toll Bros. oops I mean Tool Bros. puts this in alot of houses.

TB was trying to mimic the wow of Gone With The Wind but instead the execution was Gone With The Weeds. Weeds is for the TV show on Showtime.

2 stairs are shown in the photo. What a waste of space when the two stairs lead up to the same space. It was obviously a bandage solution when the second stairs was not good enough then just add another one in front of it.

Closet door should be arch top to echo the curvature as well as the clip ceiling underneath the stairs.
