What color is this dress!?!?

White and gold for me, and the other three in the house say it's blue and black.

I've looked at the picture probably a couple dozen times.  I have seen white and gold mostly, black and blue a few times, and even blue and gold other times.  All on the same monitor.  Probably depends on what phase the moon is in at the time.

I've read the color discrepancy among people was due to some sort of optical illusion that trick people's brain. Here's an interesting example.

So what color is the dot?
