What color is this dress!?!?

I swear this is the craziest thing I've seen in awhile.  I looked at this picture and said "It's clearly Black and Blue".  Then, I blinked my eyes, looked away and turned back, and it was "clearly White and Gold". 

It's driving me wacky looking at this picture and seeing the colors change before my very eyes.

So what do you guys think?

Is this dress Black and Blue or White and Gold???

I see white and gold, same as wife, daughter sees blue and black.  Hilarity ensues...

My nephew also sees blue black... Every adult in my family sees white/gold. 
 
i saw white and gold for only an hour...now its always black and blue #NostalgicForWhiteAndGold
 
I only see black and blue. 

Stare for a while and still don't see white and gold.  Either something wrong with my computer screen or something wrong with my eye.

Just curious, can you guy see the number in the following picture?

I'm not color blind. I'm with IHO, Im not even sure there is a number there. What is the number.
 
seriously if i come back to the pic after a couple hours, it starts white and gold and i just stare at it for a minute and starts changing to black and blue.  watch brain games on netflix...really interesting stuff on how the mind can change colors and what we think is real
 
for those seeing white and gold, try focusing on something in the distance while keeping the dress in your peripheral vision.  slowly focus back on the dress and you will see black and blue
 
I knew that was a setup. And no offense but the ladies of TI would be allowed to pull the tercer pierna :-)
 
If I see a girl wearing a dress like that I would say, you have bad taste. This looks like a dress a person would buy at the fashion district downtown LA.
