That reminds of a football coach not having enough faith in his rookie quarterback. So the coach has the rookie QB watch the old QB for 3 years before he gets his first snap.

I understand why though, most rookie QB's fail immediately as the pro's rip them a new one. Their confidence collapses and are never the same again. Protect your assets!
