Web programming for IHB, survey

There is a survey/quiz that I would like to post to IHB. I already have the questions and answers. Looking for someone who could easily turn it into a survey that could be posted on the blog, and the results compiled. There are 15 multiple choice questions, each with 2 to 6 possible answers.



Anybody here good at that type of web programming and willing to take a bit of time?

It's slightly different than a poll. There are right and wrong answers, rather than just opinions or experiences. People taking it will get to see what portion of the questions they got right, and what the averages were.
 
Ok.. I just reread your reply to Cayci.. I think there are existing apps that can do what you are looking for but I'll have to dig around.

Thanks. It seems like there is software for everything.

It wouldn't be integrated with IHB or anything but it looks pretty easy to use and it's free..
