Thoughts on Watermarke from anyone currently living there?

Any mention of Watermarke on this forum is super old. Previously there was discussion about it being overhyped, construction defects, etc. I read elsewhere that some reconstruction was done. I've read every Yelp review, too. What else is there to know. Someone on Yelp said it's used like a college dorm for rich kids whose parents buy them a unit since it's so close to UCI. I'm curious how the on-site staff is and if anyone is happy living at Watermarke.

I almost got one of these as a rental.  I remember around 2010 you could pick up a 1 bedroom for under $300k.  1 bedrooms in Watermarke now are around $425k.  It definitely feels like an apartment complex, not a condo so much.  I bet most of these are used as rentals and not lived in by the owners.  Would also be curious to hear how the environment is there.
