I searched for this one and couldn't find it here. This one is an odd duck to me. Look at the listing history. Listing is put up, dies in a day or two, then comes back in a month or two (falling out of escrow?).. I guess that's why I never noticed the low $/sqft. I love the $15,000 per year these owners pay in taxes... That's amazing. What do you guys think?

I don't think any house in the TF-II is more than 4000 sq ft, so the refin is incorrect about the square footage.

This looks like a Ellyson Pointe Model E home, which is about 3100 sqft. So at $800K, that would put it around $258 per sqft.
