I searched for this one and couldn't find it here. This one is an odd duck to me. Look at the listing history. Listing is put up, dies in a day or two, then comes back in a month or two (falling out of escrow?).. I guess that's why I never noticed the low $/sqft. I love the $15,000 per year these owners pay in taxes... That's amazing. What do you guys think?

This looks like a <a href="http://www.rdesk.com/WebRoot/uid-D23ECAA794DE11D79317000102A227C0/floorplans/images/FloorPlans/Ellyson_Pointe_Plan-5.jpg">Ellyson Pointe Model E</a> home, which is about 3100 sqft. So at $800K, that would put it around $258 per sqft.
